Bollywood actor, director, and writer Aatish Kapadia has bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai along with his wife, Alison Kapadia. The couple purchased the property for ₹15.31 crore in the Elysian tower, a premium residential project by Oberoi Realty in Goregaon.

According to documents accessed by property portal SquareYards, the apartment is 3,030 square feet in size. The deal was officially registered on June 25, 2025. The Kapadias paid ₹91.86 lakh as stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration fees. The purchase also includes three car parking spaces.

The Elysian project by Oberoi Realty is one of the top choices for luxury home buyers in Mumbai. Between April 2024 and March 2025, the project recorded 116 sale registrations worth over ₹1,035 crore. The average price of property in this tower is around ₹50,869 per square foot.
Goregaon is now one of the fastest-growing areas in Mumbai. It is well-connected by the Western Express Highway, SV Road, and the Goregaon railway station. It also provides easy access to business hubs like Andheri, BKC, and Malad. The area has many shopping malls like Inorbit and Infiniti Mall and is also close to film studios and offices.
