Kapil Sharma, the king of comedy in India, is back with the third season of The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix. Along with jokes and laughter, there is a lot of buzz about how much money Kapil is earning from the show. According to media reports, Kapil Sharma is one of the highest-paid comedians in India, and his total income from this show has now reached nearly Rs 200 crore.
Kapil Sharma Earns ₹200 Crore From TGIKS
For Season 1, it was reported that Kapil Sharma was paid around Rs 5 crore for each episode. Since the season had 13 episodes, his total earnings for that season were estimated to be Rs 65 crore. The same pattern continued in Season 2, which also had 13 episodes. So, again, he reportedly earned another Rs 65 crore.

Now, Season 3 has started, and if the number of episodes and payment remain the same, Kapil is expected to make another Rs 65 crore. This brings his total estimated earnings from all three seasons to around Rs 195 crore. Although Netflix has not officially confirmed these figures, the reports show how valuable Kapil is to the show’s success.
The show’s cast members are also earning impressive amounts. Archana Puran Singh, who has been part of the show for many years, reportedly gets paid between Rs 10 to 12 lakh per episode. Sunil Grover, who recently returned to the show, is said to be earning Rs 25 lakh per episode. Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda are also part of the show, with Kiku reportedly earning Rs 7 lakh per episode.
