Actor Vivek Oberoi, well-known for his role in Saathiya, is now making headlines for something very different. Instead of acting, he has built a huge real estate business. He now owns a real estate empire worth over ₹1200 crore. In a recent interview, Vivek explained how shifting to Dubai helped him in building this success.

Vivek first moved to Dubai during the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, he thought it would be a short stay. But soon, he and his family fell in love with the lifestyle. They decided to make Dubai their permanent home. Vivek said that even though they live in Dubai now, it still feels close to India. They fly back for weekends and holidays. Over time, Dubai started to feel like home.

Vivek shared that Dubai gave him the peace, freedom, and business-friendly environment he needed to grow. He praised the city for being safe and full of opportunities. He also said that as long as one respects the local rules and culture, everything is smooth.
Vivek comes from a film family. His father, Suresh Oberoi, is a veteran actor. Though Vivek has acted in popular films like Yuva, Omkara, and Shootout at Lokhandwala, he always had a deep interest in business. In fact, he made his first big earnings through early investments when he was still young.
Today, Vivek runs a luxury real estate company called BNW Developments in the UAE. According to reports, the company now holds assets worth around USD 7 billion. Vivek says he followed his instincts, took a bold step, and built something meaningful outside of Bollywood.
