Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), the political party led by actor Vijay, has started a new Medical Wing to improve its social service work in Tamil Nadu. This announcement was made on Thursday as part of the party’s plan to strengthen its organisation and connect better with people at the ground level. The Medical Wing will focus on health-related activities and public welfare projects under the guidance of Vijay.
Vijay’s TVK launches medical wing coordinator
Dr T Saravanan has been chosen as the coordinator of the Medical Wing. His main job will be to lead the wing’s efforts to provide medical support and organise health services for the people of Tamil Nadu. To help him in this task, a 14-member team of doctors has been selected as joint coordinators. These doctors come from different parts of the state and will work together to ensure that the Medical Wing’s plans are carried out successfully.

Vijay’s TVK said that the Medical Wing will work closely with the party’s general secretary, N Anand. He asked all party members and supporters to give their full support to the new team so that the Medical Wing can do good work for society. Vijay also shared his hope that this team of medical professionals will make a big difference through their service and dedication.
The formation of this Medical Wing shows that TVK is serious about becoming stronger as a political party. Since the party started, it has been working to build its internal structure to prepare for bigger political battles, including the 2026 Assembly elections.
