The villa is priced at Rs 37,000 per night (excluding taxes), making it ideal for travelers looking for a premium getaway. It has three bedrooms, each with its own unique theme. One room reflects his daughter Vismaya’s love for nature, and another is inspired by his son Pranav Mohanlal’s artistic taste. The house gives guests a personal view into the family life of Mohanlal, along with some cinematic charm.

In the center of the home is the “Family Room,” which has a warm fireplace and walls filled with nearly 300 artworks. These paintings pay tribute to the history of Malayalam cinema and Mohanlal’s long and successful career. Another unique space in the house is “The Gun House,” a separate section that serves as a small museum and bar. It includes replica props from famous Mohanlal films like Barroz and Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea.
One of the highlights for visitors is the authentic Kerala food served in the villa. The meals are prepared by a chef who has been with Mohanlal’s family for over 25 years. This adds a homely and traditional touch to the luxurious experience.
