Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, have sold three apartments in Mumbai’s busy Andheri area. According to property documents, the total value of these real estate deals is ₹6.75 crore. The apartments are located in two different buildings in Andheri West, one of the key residential and commercial locations in the city.

In the first deal, Rakesh Roshan sold a large apartment measuring 1,025 square feet. It is in a building called Veejays Niwas CHS Limited. The apartment was sold to a woman named Sonali Ajmera for ₹3.75 crore. The sale also included two parking spaces. This deal was officially registered on May 25. The buyer paid stamp duty and registration charges as per rules.

In the second deal, Rakesh Roshan sold another apartment, this time in Raheja Classique, a well-known building in Andheri West. This apartment measures 625 square feet and was sold for ₹2.20 crore. The buyers in this case were three individuals Jeevan Bhavanani, Shilpa Wadhwani, and Gaurav Wadhwani. The registration date for this deal was May 17.
In the third and final deal, Hrithik Roshan sold a smaller 240 square feet apartment in the same Raheja Classique building. The same three buyers purchased it for ₹80 lakh. This transaction also took place on May 17 and followed the same process of stamp duty and registration.

Hrithik Roshan has made real estate headlines before as well. Earlier this year, he rented out commercial office spaces in both Mumbai and Pune, earning lakhs per month. These deals show that Hrithik and his family are active in property investments.
Andheri West is considered a prime area in Mumbai, located close to the airport and major business hubs. It offers good transport links through roads, metro, and railways, which makes it a popular choice for both homebuyers and investors.
