Telugu actress Kalpika Ganesh is currently facing legal trouble after an incident that happened on May 29, 2025, at Prism Pub in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. According to reports, she got into an argument with the staff members of the pub during her birthday celebration. The main issue began when she was not allowed to bring a cake from outside for the celebration.

The pub staff stated that Kalpika became angry when they stopped her from using an outside cake. They claim she started throwing plates, damaging property, and using rude and abusive language. She also allegedly body-shamed some staff members. Even when the police arrived at the scene, she reportedly continued to misbehave.

A video showing her argument with the pub staff has gone viral on social media, bringing the issue more attention. Based on the complaint by the pub management, the Gachibowli police registered a case against her. The charges have been filed under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including those for property damage and verbal abuse.
Kalpika Ganesh is a known name in the Telugu film industry. She started her film career in 2009 with the movie ‘Prayanam’. Since then, she has appeared in several popular movies like ‘Orange’, ‘Julayi’, ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’, ‘Padi Padi Leche Manasu’, and ‘Yashoda’. She was last seen in the 2023 film ‘Atharva’. Besides movies, she has also acted in web series such as ‘Ekkadiki Ee Parugu’ and ‘Loser’ on Zee5.
