Aamir Khan, a famous Bollywood actor, recently shared exciting news about his future plans. He revealed that after his upcoming movie, Sitaare Zameen Par, he wants to start working on a big project – making a film on the epic story Mahabharat. Aamir said that this story is very close to his heart and is something he has always dreamed of making for the big screen.
Aamir Khan’s Mahabharat Could Be Final Film
During a podcast conversation, Aamir explained that Mahabharat is a huge and emotional story with many layers. He said the story has everything – emotions, drama, and great scale. He believes this film could be so big and important that it might be the last movie he makes. Aamir even said, “Maybe after doing this, I will feel that I have nothing left to do.”

Aamir Khan also shared that making Mahabharat will not be easy. It is a very large project, and writing the script alone might take many years. He also mentioned that the story is so big that it cannot be told in just one movie. It may need to be made as several movies, and possibly with more than one director to handle the scale of the story.
When asked if he will act in the film, Aamir was not sure yet. He said they will select actors who are right for each role, and he might or might not be part of the cast. The main focus will be on making the story true to its original form and giving it the grand treatment it deserves.
