After a strong performance at the box office, HIT 3: The Third Case is all set to thrill audiences again, this time on OTT. The crime thriller, starring Nani as the intense officer Arjun Sarkaar, will start streaming from May 29 on Netflix. The film will be available in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Netflix Buys HIT 3 Digital Rights Expensively
This dark and gritty film takes the audience deep into a world of mystery and emotion. Nani’s character is not just chasing a killer, but is also hiding painful secrets from his own past. Sent to Jammu and Kashmir to solve a series of brutal murders, Arjun soon finds himself personally involved in the case. The story is full of shocking twists, emotional trauma, and intense action that keeps the viewers engaged till the very end.

Directed by Shailesh Kolanu, the film is known for its gripping narrative, haunting background music by Mickey J. Meyer, and excellent visuals by Sanu John Varughese. The supporting cast including Srinidhi Shetty, Adivi Sesh, Nivetha Thomas, Samuthirakani, and Karthi have all delivered strong performances, adding depth to the story.
Financially, HIT 3 has been a huge success. It collected over ₹118 crore globally, with ₹80 crore coming from Indian theatres and ₹25 crore from overseas markets. This strong box office run created a lot of demand for its digital rights.

Netflix has now secured the streaming rights for ₹54 crore, which is the highest ever for a Nani film. This beats the OTT rights of his previous movies like Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Hi Nanna, and Dasara. The high price shows the strong fan following of Nani and the growing interest in crime thrillers.
