Ana de Armas shared that her role in Ballerina was very physical and challenging. She explained how she had to train hard for about four months before filming began. The action scenes were intense, and she wanted to show real emotions and pain in her character’s fight scenes. According to her, Eve is a woman in a man’s world, fighting against much bigger and stronger opponents. She wanted the audience to feel every punch and kick as if it really hurt her character. Ana described this as the most physically demanding role of her career.

The director of the film, Len Wiseman, praised Ana for her dedication and hard work. He said that Ana handled the physical challenges very well, even though she was often tired and hurt during the shooting. Len also mentioned that the story of Ballerina is very different from the John Wick movies. While John Wick wants to leave the dangerous world of assassins, Eve actually wants to enter it. This difference made the story interesting and unique.
