The list includes major news networks such as Dawn News, ARY News, GEO News, SAMAA TV, and BOL News, among others.
These channels, with a combined subscriber base of over 63 million, have been restricted due to concerns related to national security and misinformation. The move highlights India’s ongoing efforts to counter cross-border narratives that could potentially harm internal security and peace.
