Atul decided that instead of just talking, he would actually visit Kashmir. He pointed out that many bookings had been canceled even though it is the peak tourist season. According to him, by continuing to visit, people can support the spirit of Kashmir, known as ‘Kashmiriyat,’ and show solidarity with the local people.

He said that for the last one or two years, a large number of tourists were visiting Kashmir, and if people suddenly stop coming, the positive relationship that is being built will suffer. He emphasized that terrorists sent a message to stop visitors, but Indians must send a stronger message back by coming in even greater numbers. Atul urged people not to cancel their bookings and said that Kashmir is very safe to visit.

Through his Instagram posts, Atul documented his journey from Mumbai to Srinagar. He shared pictures of empty seats on his flight, a boarding pass, and a message from the flight crew encouraging travelers. Along with scenic photos of clear skies, streams, and peaceful landscapes, he also posted images of local Kashmiris holding signs condemning the attack and waving the Indian national flag.
