Kristin Cavallari has spoken out against rumors of an alleged affair with Scott Disick in 2008 and accused him of manipulative behavior in recent messages. She shared her side of the story on the November 26 episode of her podcast, Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari.
Kristin Cavallari Denies Affair Rumors
Kristin Cavallari, 37, revealed that Scott Disick, 41, recently sent her a direct message on Instagram. In the message, he expressed a desire to reconnect and discuss shared life challenges, particularly parenting and personal struggles. However, Cavallari dismissed the message, calling it manipulative.

She read part of the message aloud, which said:
“I feel like it would be so good to see you and catch up and just talk about the stress and all the different things you got to go through with kids and changing your life around over and over. Really miss you though and wish I would have reached out earlier.”
Cavallari criticized the tone of the message, saying it was a classic example of “textbook manipulation” and made it clear she had no interest in engaging further.
Cavallari also revisited old rumors from 2008 that suggested she had an affair with Disick while he was dating Kourtney Kardashian. She firmly denied these claims, stating that she and Disick were merely friends and had never been romantically involved.
According to Cavallari, the rumors started when she joined Disick and his friends on a trip to Las Vegas. At the time, Disick and Kardashian had temporarily split. However, tabloids falsely reported the trip as evidence of an affair. Cavallari believes the rumors were likely fueled by Disick himself to upset Kardashian.
Cavallari emphasized that she had always admired and respected Kourtney Kardashian. She added that there was no inappropriate behavior during the Las Vegas trip and that she was never alone with Disick.
