Vikrant Massey had just started earning money and decided to visit Goa with his friends. He took Rs 5000 with him for the trip, but things didn’t go as expected. By the end of the trip, he and his friends had spent all their money, leaving them unable to pay for the hotel bill or their return tickets to Mumbai.

Vikrant had only one option left – he sold his mobile phone to cover the remaining expenses and buy tickets back to Mumbai. “We split everything, even small expenses, like a cold drink. On our last day, we had no money left,” he shared. Selling his phone was the only way to make sure they could return home.
