In her post, Florence Pugh explained that she shaved her blonde bob to fully embody her character, Almut, in the romantic drama directed by John Crowley. The film tells the story of a young chef diagnosed with late-stage ovarian cancer, and Pugh felt that committing to this role was “a true honor and a privilege.”
Florence Pugh posted a photo of her blonde bob, stating, “This was the last picture I took with my hair.” She expressed gratitude for the opportunity to dive deep into her character, saying, “To give my body to the story was something I always felt passionately about.”
