The couple bought their Bandra apartment for ₹10 crore in 2022. The property is located in the Khar West area of Mumbai on the 12th floor of the Flying Carpet skyscraper. It covers 1,750 square feet and has four parking spots. Arpita officially registered the property on February 4, 2024, and paid a stamp duty of ₹40 lakh.

Reports state that Arpita and Aayush sold their apartment in Khar for ₹22 crore. They have not yet announced specifics about their new residence in Worli.
