Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who has been in jail since his September 16, 2024, arrest, took to Instagram on October 15 to wish his daughter, Love, a happy second birthday.
Diddy Wishes Daughter Happy Birthday
Despite being behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, the music mogul showed his love for his daughter by sharing a heartfelt post. He captioned the post with, “Happy Birthday @loveseancombs, daddy loves you,” along with pictures of Love and himself.
Love’s mother, Dana Tran, also posted pictures of their daughter celebrating her birthday with a cake. She shared a list of Love’s accomplishments over the past year, including learning to count to 50 and sing the ABCs. Love’s older sisters, D’Lila and Jessie, also wished her a happy birthday through social media.

Combs is currently facing serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, and has been denied bail twice. His trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025. Despite his legal troubles, his family remains united in their support for him, with his mother, Janice, and his children attending his recent court hearing in New York. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his legal team is working to appeal for his release before the trial.
While awaiting trial, Combs continues to be a present father through social media, reminding his daughter of his love.
