Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs was seen enjoying his time in Central Park just hours before he was arrested on serious charges. The music mogul, whose real name is Sean Combs, was spotted on Monday, September 16, engaging in a casual outing where he played frisbee and hacky sack, seemingly unaware of the legal troubles that would soon follow.
Diddy Spotted Before Arrest
After the show, Combs was arrested by the federal agents at a hotel in Manhattan at night time. He has been charge with various offenses, such as Racketeering, Sex Trafficking and Transporting Individuals for Prostitution. The facts given in the indictment that was unveiled on Tuesday has some serious charges against him.

So, as the indictment goes, Combs forced the victims to engage in sexually explicit shows called “freak offs”. Using his authority or otherwise drugging the victims with oxycodone, cocaine, and ketamine. Some of these sessions were said to have been videotaped without the consent of the victims.
Combs has however dismissed the charges preferred against him and his Miami and his mother’s properties were used as security after a federal judge denied him bail. In this regard, his legal team considered a bail package of $50 million but it was not approved. As it is in many such cases, Combs stays in jail as he awaits trial.
It was also said that during the search of his property there were discovered a large number of bottles of baby oil. They also found out that some of the victims were so drained probably because of having to engage in long hours of ‘performing’ that they had to be given drips. Also, the indictment only touches on a videotaped assault of his ex-girlfriend, the R&B singer Cassie.
Still, the courts heard some very severe charges, but Combs responded with a not guilty plea. Law enforcement officers also saw what looked like drugs in his room when he was being taken into custody.
