Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested on September 16, 2024, at a Manhattan hotel and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting people for prostitution. He was denied bail and remains in custody. His next hearing is scheduled for September 18.

Combs is accused of the attempt to influence witnesses which were reported by the prosecutors to be violent and engaged in unlawful activities.
