Sydney Sweeney is eagerly looking forward to returning to Euphoria for its third season. She will once again play the character of Cassie Howard, a role she finds both special and exciting.

In Sydney Sweeney: Cassie’s Wild Return Revealed
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Sweeney said how she felt pleased to get back into Cassie’s shoes after a very long break. Regarding her friend Cassie she said that “she is one of the most special characters” and added that she always enjoys the dark side of her personality. Its vital; therefore, the crazier, the better, as per Sweeney who loves crazy Cassie.
Sweeney is happy with Cassie’s return but she was candid to state that she had no idea on what the next season has in store for Cassie. This is partly because there is danger in discussing the show as Marvel projects are and this may be the reason why she is very selective.
Earlier in March Sweeney noted that the new season of Euphoria might start with the time jump describing it as ‘very, very wild.’ She also said the same about the upcoming season as there is a lot of room for her character and herself to grow.
In March, HBO reported that Euphoria’s third season would now be in limbo to have cast members work on different projects. However, in July the network finally came out and stated that work on the new season will commence in the early part of next year. People should expect more of the show and more of Cassie in particular in the near future.
