Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt recently spoke about his UK visa being rejected, which has affected his role in the upcoming movie Son of Sardaar 2. The actor shared his disappointment and concerns in a recent interview.
The Visa Problem
According to Sanjay Dutt the UK government first granted a permit for his visa for the preparation of the shooting of Son of Sardaar 2. Nevertheless, a month later, his visa was canceled. Sanjay said he became angry to the extent of wondering why they issued him the visa only for them to withdraw the visa. He said, ‘They offered me the visa. The remaining paperwork was done. Then one month later they canceled it. I provided all the documents. Why did they offer it to me in the first place? How did it take them a complete month to see that there was trouble?

Replacement Rumors
There is a lot of buzz that in the making of Son of Sardaar 2, Sanjay may be replaced by Ravi Kishen and Sanjay will be having a minuscule role in the same. In response to this, Sanjay only looked the other way and appeared not to have knowledge of any such modifications.
Sanjay Dutt’s Thoughts
Sanjay Dutt added that he did not feel that it is a big loss for him to miss the project. He draws attention to the fact that many riots occur in the United Kingdom now, and thus, he doubts whether he can travel to the United Kingdom safely. But in regard to what had been said he did admit that he was not pleased with the manner in which the visa issue has been handled. He said, “I am not deprived of anything. However, yes, they were wrong. They have to correct this. I observe and respect laws in each country.”
About Son of Sardaar 2
Son of Sardaar 2 is the sequel to the 2012 film Son of Sardaar. Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn were set to return as Billu and Jassi. This sequel is expected to have a new storyline instead of continuing from the first movie.
The movie is expected to feature a large cast, including actors like Vijay Raaz, Ravi Kishan, Chunky Pandey, Neeru Bajwa, Deepak Dobriyal, Kubbra Sait, Vindu Dara Singh, and many others.
